Marketing and sales cycles are riddled with uncertainty. The buyer journey is fragmented, signals are scattered, and by the time a clear picture forms it is often too late to act on it. Most organisations are making consequential decisions on incomplete information and do not always know it.
The people problem runs just as deep. Marketers who think at a strategic level lack the tools fluency to execute. Those who master the tools rarely have the strategic vantage point to use them to their full potential. And the moment they get there, the tools have moved on. This cycle repeats across organisations and no one is solving it structurally.
At the foundation of all of this is a broken loop. Marketing is built on three pillars: research, implementation and analytics. They are designed to be continuous, each one feeding the next. Analytics should be the intelligence that shapes the next cycle of research. Instead it has been reduced to a reporting function, a way to showcase results rather than generate direction. When that loop breaks, every decision made above it is built on a weaker base than it should be.
These are the problems I solve. I bring clarity to fragmented data, close the distance between strategic thinking and modern execution, and rebuild analytics into what it was always meant to be: the starting point, not the conclusion.
Every situation looks different on the surface. But underneath, the problem is almost always one of three things: systems that do not capture data fully or accurately, people who have the tools but lack the strategic thinking and go-to-market clarity to use them well, or data that exists but has never been properly organised or connected.
I start by finding which one it is. That means embedding myself in the team, working closely with the people inside it, and understanding the real root cause before touching anything else.
Once I have that clarity, I step back and design. The solutions I build are robust but not rigid. They are built to be flexible and scalable, capable of growing with the organisation rather than becoming the next thing that needs replacing. The infrastructure and the people are treated as one problem, not two.
Then I come back. Implementation does not happen in isolation. I work alongside the team as things go live, developing the marketers in parallel. Not just on how to use what has been built, but on how to think about markets, buyers and go-to-market strategy. The goal is always the same, to leave behind:
